1. Acknowledgement and Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

   The Terms and Conditions contain the legal terms that govern your use of any services and products provided by Simple Science Education Co. (“Simple Science”, “us”, “our” or “we”) (collectively referred to as, the “Services”). By accessing, viewing or otherwise using the Services you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, including without limitation the Privacy Policy, as well as any new, different or additional terms, conditions or policies which Simple Science may establish from time to time.

   If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, then you must discontinue accessing the Services. Simple Science may modify the Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice and in its sole discretion. Your continued use of any of the Services after any modification will constitute your acknowledgement and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions as modified. Please consult the Terms and Conditions regularly.

2. Access to the Services

   To access the Services, you must create an account with Simple Science and activate a Subscription. A Subscription is activated once Simple Science receives payment of the Subscription Fee, which is based on the number of concurrent users you register.

   You can create an unlimited number of individual anonymous accounts that students and colleagues can use to log in to Simple Science and access the Services without signing up to Simple Science.

   The total number of active users at any time is limited by the maximum number of concurrent users that your Subscription allows.

   The number of concurrent users can be updated at any time. If the update increases the price of your Subscription, a prorated amount will be immediately charged to cover the remainder of the current billing cycle. If the update decreases the price of your Subscription, the update will go into effect at the beginning of the next cycle.

   You can cancel your Subscription at any time. Your Subscription will remain in effect until the end of the current billing cycle.

   All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Our License Grant to You

   Simple Science grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, limited right to access and use the Services in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. You agree that you will not use the Services to: (i) misappropriate the intellectual property rights of Simple Science; and (ii) attempt to deface, modify or manipulate any of the Services or employ any tactic to defeat or evade any security feature employed by the Services.

   You agree that you are responsible for ensuring that all users who access the Services through your Subscription comply with the Terms and Conditions.

4. The Services are “As-Is”

   USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”. SIMPLE SCIENCE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL CONDITIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SIMPLE SCIENCE DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, ADEQUACY, TIMELINESS, OR COMPLETENESS OF SERVICES OR ANY PART THEREOF, AND DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS.
